Terms of service

Ordering and paying for a commission means You accepted my terms of service:

> You can use art you purchased as icons, badges, profile ID, wallpaper, etc etc - you can repost it to Your gallery on FA, dA, tumblr, whatever - just please give me credit (link to at least one of my socials - FA/TT/TG). Dont claim the art as made by You, ey!
> You can print the art, but dont sell it in any way.
> Some works can be streamed, wips of it threw at my patreon. (if you want the art to be private or as a suprise for someone - please let me know before!)
> I can use the art to promote myself - print it in preview notebooks or/and sell artbooks f.e. That means I can sell art with Your character as stickers, prints and etc!
> Im not sending WIPs if You wont ask me for it. Sometimes, very rarely if i have problems with art I can throw You WIPs for your acceptance
> Im okay with fixing mistakes in sketch point (but You need to ask for WIPS - if its streamed You can point out any mistakes and they will be fixed in a second :D) - but after i reach lineart point - what's done its done.
> I can fix the art more only if its my own mistake - if You "forgot" about anything and when im at the lineart allready or You didnt get me enough information - i wont fix it (i can fix colors sometimes)
> Finished art: Id send You HQ art for Your use and web version to fit FA and so on 8) Alternate version (if there are any) would be send in two sizes too.
> Payment upfront from the art. In some ways I can accept split payment/ monthly/weekly payments, but still - if i wont have all the gold - i wont start working on it.
> Please be sure You saved Your commission after receiving it - Im not responsible for it after - I may not upload it to my gallery or upload and delete it after sometime from FA or my PC - Im not collecting all the arts i made on PC. guys, its 5 years of everyday art, dont make me keep terabyte of porn for you

REFUND POLICY

Due to the increasing amount of refund requests - (in 10 years of my furry art work I encountered 1 - in 2024 I encountered 3) - also  affected other artists regularly - from the day of 23 JAN 2025 Im writing an addittional point in my TOS:

Refunds are possible and will be done, but only with maximum amount up to 100 USD PER MONTH. I can refund only ONE PERSON AT A TIME (that means if there is a person im refunding rn you need to wait after I will refund this person fully first). Such refund comes with consequences as being suspended / banned of commissioning me / bidding in auctions / buying YCHs for next 6 months.

You can get a refund (monthly, as listed) without banning consequences ONLY after 6 months of not receiving ANY WIPS from me (for example: full linework of your ych/commission). If in 6 months I wont send you ANY progress, You will get the refund.

As I understand any emergency and personal actions I require respect to my own work and legal business.

SCAM WARNING

In recent months my clients encountered scammers who were trying to impersonate me (and other artists) and scam people for money, mostly via telegram. If You are not sure if You encountered a scammer or real artist, feel free to reach to me outside other media (furaffinity account JEANWOOF, telegram @ SAMAELSNEST or EMAIL) - PLEASE STAY SAFE and feel free to contact me anytime

BIDDING ON YCHS

Although for some people bidding might not be bounding to any rules I highly respect time and resources of my commissioners and bidders, even if they wont get the art. If I see you cheating, breaking the rules of the auction during it or after winning it, You will be banned to buy/bid on my art for 6 months. That counts as - irresponsible hiding your bids, ghosting, threatening me and other bidders, sniping the auction, holding the slots or other unfair play.

HOW LONG I WILL WAIT ON MY COMMISSION?

Due to my busy and chaotic working it might take from 2 days to even few months, depending on quality, amount of interessants in multiple slots, difficulty of the commission, alternative versions, complicated character designs or else. 
I work everyday.
I WORK EVERYDAY.

Art takes time. Please respect that. Thank you for understanding.
You can always check TRELLO for updates. You can ask for a refund if I havent made any progress in your order for AT LEAST 6 MONTHS.
